Saw Fit for an Autopsy, Sanguisugabogg, Kublaih Kahn, and Lamb of God. It was my first time at this venue and it was a blast. Large floor area for the kids working through their demons. The security by the barrier in front of the stage was very professional and took their jobs seriously. The majority of what they were doing involved catching people that were crowd surfing and they were communicating and using teamwork and handling everyone with kid gloves. Shout out to those guys!! Between sets the venue was handing out cups of water to the people in the front and beyond. Besides being a thoughtful kind thing to do, it prevents those people from having to wade through the sea of humanity and back and kept everyone locked in on the show. Really cool of them to do that. Beers were cold and bartenders were a hoot. Lively and fun and in a great mood. Lots of other things to drink and food as well. Looked like typical barroom fare, which is perfectly fine. We were able to get up on the second floor and watch the insanity from a distance, which was great for us older fans. And everyone around us was having fun, no fighting, no aggression, just sharing the experience, despite all of our differences. That’s the best part of these shows. Young, old, male, female, black, white, brown, and everything in between just having fun and letting loose together. The 713 Music Hall is a great place to do it!
Foster the People was a lot of fun and a great concert!
